T-Systems begins cooperation with market leader AQT
T-Systems Quantum Cloud customers can now access AQT’s ion trap-based quantum computers, renowned for their high-quality calculations. This collaboration enhances Europe’s leadership in quantum technology. Integration tests have been successful, and customers can immediately use the solution with support from T-Systems. Customers can develop quantum use cases on AQT’s quantum computers via cloud access, integrated into Deutsche Telekom’s multi-quantum cloud. T-Systems provides training, enablement, and access to ready-made quantum algorithms on the PlanQK platform. Services are offered in customizable packages, ranging from one-day introductions to multi-month proofs-of-concept, with various computing time and volume usage models.

AQT’s ion-trap quantum computer, procured by the Leibniz Supercomputing Centre and Munich Quantum Valley, is now operational at LRZ's Quantum Integration Centre, making it the first of its kind in a computing center.

The total value of the delivery, including services, amounts to 12.28 million euros. AQT is delivering a quantum computer to the Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center (PSNC) in Poland.
